- Dust with a clean cloth made of non-abrasive material.
- Damp wipe veneer and lacquered wood surfaces with a mild, pH-neutral cleanser (pH 7-8), or with dishwashing liquid and lukewarm water. Apply the cleanser to the cloth, not to the furniture surface, and do not leave it on the surface.
- Wipe with the solution, then with pure water, then finish with a dry cloth.
- Do not use ammonia or hard cleansers on wood surfaces - they can loosen the veneer or dissolve the lacquer.
- Veneer with a thin lacquer or stained layer should be wiped in the direction of the fibre with a dry cloth.
- Use silicone-free furniture care products, since silicone complicates future repainting.
- Steel panels: wipe with a cloth, damp wipe with a detergent solution, then rub dry with a cloth. Remove stains with detergents that do not contain abrasives.
- Never use steel wool on the steel panels.

Delivery Options
We strongly recommend adding White glove delivery at checkout for large furniture items such as Sideboards, Cabinets, Dining tables, etc. These oversized items ship by freight carrier and are usually palletized to avoid shipping damages.
For such oversized items, if you live in an apartment building or have other entry access challenges, we strongly suggest upgrading to White Glove Delivery
Your order might ship via pallet with a third-party freight company to ensure its safe arrival. Standard shipping includes delivery to your doorstep.

-Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied, we offer an exchange or return on all our products excluding made-to-order and final sale pieces within 30 days of delivery.

-Shipping Fee: Original shipping is not refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
