This is an exclusive program for trade customers, designed to reward loyalty and encourage higher annual spending. Customers earn reward store credit on purchases, which can be redeemed across all products.

Store credit are automatically earned whenever you make a purchase as a trade customer. The number of store credit you earn is based on your annual spending and tier level. The more you spend annually, the more store credit you can earn.

Our rewards program has three tiers based on your annual eligible spend:

• Essential: Spend up to $30,000 → earn 2% reward store credit
  
• Preferred: Spend above $30,000 → earn 4% reward store credit
  
• Signature: Spend $60,000+ → earn 5% reward store credit

• Reward levels are based on your annual eligible spend (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).
  
• On January 1, your eligible spend resets to $0 for the new calendar year.
  
• Your reward level carries into the following year, based on your previous year’s spend.
  
• Reward store credit is issued once orders are fulfilled, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Store credit can be redeemed at checkout and applied toward future purchases on any products.

No, reward points never expire.
You may earn, accumulate, and redeem your points at any time without any expiration limitations.

Yes. If you return or cancel a purchase, the store credit earned from that transaction will be deducted from your account.

No, there is no maximum limit. The more you spend, the more store credit you earn within your eligible tier.

Tier upgrades are based on your total annual spend. Once you reach the $30,000 or $60,000 threshold, your account will automatically move to the higher tier for the remainder of the year.

No. If you are already a trade customer, you will be automatically enrolled in the Trade Rewards Program. No additional sign-up is required.
