This product is not designed for use in ovens or over direct flame. It is safe for use in microwave ovens.
Although the product has been treated to be water repellent, it cannot completely prevent dirt and stains.
When you purchase the product, there may be fine cracks (crazing) on the surface, and some of the products may develop cracks as you use them, but this will not affect their use.
Before use
Each time you use it, soak it in plenty of clean water and allow it to absorb enough water. This will prevent food moisture from getting in, reducing the risk of mold and dirt seeping in. When soaked in water, spots may appear. This is because the container has absorbed moisture. The spots will disappear if you dry it thoroughly.
After use
Please avoid leaving food in the container for long periods of time. After use, immediately remove any dirt and dry thoroughly before storing. The water-repellent effect will decrease over time. We recommend sealing the pores when the effect starts to decrease.

Delivery Options
We strongly recommend adding White glove delivery at checkout for large furniture items such as Sideboards, Cabinets, Dining tables, etc. These oversized items ship by freight carrier and are usually palletized to avoid shipping damages.
For such oversized items, if you live in an apartment building or have other entry access challenges, we strongly suggest upgrading to White Glove Delivery
Your order might ship via pallet with a third-party freight company to ensure its safe arrival. Standard shipping includes delivery to your doorstep.
