In the silver series, high-purity silver is carefully applied by brush. As a result, exposure to air causes sulfurization, which may lead to tarnishing or darkening of the surface. Even if the item is not used for an extended period, it will gradually tarnish over time.
To help prevent tarnishing, please dry the piece thoroughly after use and wrap the silver-painted areas with cloth or plastic wrap to minimize contact with air.
Tarnishing or darkening caused by sulfurization can be cleaned off. However, please note that stains from oil, acidic substances, or scratches cannot be removed.

Sudden temperature changes can cause damage, so do not immerse hot dishes in water or place them on a cold countertop.
Over time, small cracks (crazing) may appear on the surface, but this will not affect the use of the product. Stoneware products may have crazing when you purchase them.

Delivery Options
We strongly recommend adding White glove delivery at checkout for large furniture items such as Sideboards, Cabinets, Dining tables, etc. These oversized items ship by freight carrier and are usually palletized to avoid shipping damages.
For such oversized items, if you live in an apartment building or have other entry access challenges, we strongly suggest upgrading to White Glove Delivery
Your order might ship via pallet with a third-party freight company to ensure its safe arrival. Standard shipping includes delivery to your doorstep.
