- The concrete surface has been sealed to help resist everyday liquids like coffee, tea, and wine. However, this layer only offers limited protection as stains can still occur if spills are not cleaned up right away.
- Always place coasters under hot items to avoid heat marks on the tabletop. For everyday maintenance, dust using a soft, dry cloth.
- For a deeper clean, use a damp sponge with mild, natural soap. Avoid window cleaners, bleach, or any harsh chemicals, as these may damage the protective seal.
- To prevent surface damage (like scratching or chipping), take care not to knock or hit the edges of the stone top. Avoid dragging sharp or rough objects across the surface.
- When moving the furniture, lift it rather than sliding it across the floor.
- Keep the concrete away from acidic or abrasive products such as vinegar or citrus juices, as these can erode the sealant and dull the finish.
- Over time, exposure to outdoor elements may cause slight color fading, surface mottling, or small non-structural hairline cracks. These are natural characteristics and do not affect the strength or durability of the product.
- When exposed to direct sunlight, surface temperature may vary.

Ground Shipping
-Most in-stock items will ship via UPS Ground within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page, please refer to the individual product pages for specific processing/lead times.

Delivery Options
We strongly recommend adding White glove delivery at checkout for large furniture items such as Sideboards, Cabinets, Dining tables, etc. These oversized items ship by freight carrier and are usually palletized to avoid shipping damages.
For such oversized items, if you live in an apartment building or have other entry access challenges, we strongly suggest upgrading to White Glove Delivery
Your order might ship via pallet with a third-party freight company to ensure its safe arrival. Standard shipping includes delivery to your doorstep.

Should you discover a manufacturer defect or damage upon delivery, please notify us immediately by email support@foromshop.com or at (844)-757-1224.
Returns
-Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied, we offer an exchange or return on all our products excluding made-to-order and final sale pieces within 30 days of delivery.
-Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee of the item's retail price before any discounts or promotions will be deducted for returns. Please refer to the item's product page for restocking and shipping fee details.
-Shipping Fee: Original shipping is not refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
-Exchange/Store Credit: Restocking fees are waived for exchanges or store credit.
