Your high-gloss PU furniture is finished with a polished polyurethane lacquer that gives it its signature mirror-like shine. This finish is durable, but like any glossy surface it shows dust, smudges, and fingerprints easily. Follow the guidance below to preserve its finish for years to come.
DAILY & WEEKLY CLEANING
- Clean regularly. Dust and wipe the surface often to protect the high-gloss finish from scratches, corrosion, or staining.
- Use a dry, soft cloth. Wipe evenly and gently across the surface. Never use paint thinner, lacquer thinner, or any harsh or corrosive cleaning powders and liquids — these will dull or damage the gloss.
- Wax periodically. Regular waxing helps maintain the depth of the high-gloss shine. After waxing, buff the surface with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
- Keep furniture out of direct sunlight to prevent fading and discoloration of the gloss finish.
- Place furniture on a flat, stable, horizontal surface only.
- Keep away from stoves, fireplaces, and other hot or humid areas.
- Never place hot items directly on the surface (e.g. a hot pot or kettle) — use a coaster or trivet to prevent burn marks.
- When moving furniture, lift rather than drag it, ideally with two people, to avoid scuffs on the gloss surface and the floor beneath.
- Avoid applying excessive force to drawers and doors.
DO
- Dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth
- Wipe up spills immediately
- Use coasters, trivets, and placemats
- Apply furniture wax occasionally
- Lift furniture when moving it
DON'T
- Use paint or lacquer thinner
- Use abrasive or corrosive cleaners
- Place hot or wet items directly on the surface
- Drag or slide the furniture across the floor
- Expose the piece to direct, prolonged sunlight

Ground Shipping
-Most in-stock items will ship via UPS Ground within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page, please refer to the individual product pages for specific processing/lead times.

Delivery Options
We strongly recommend adding White glove delivery at checkout for large furniture items such as Sideboards, Cabinets, Dining tables, etc. These oversized items ship by freight carrier and are usually palletized to avoid shipping damages.
For such oversized items, if you live in an apartment building or have other entry access challenges, we strongly suggest upgrading to White Glove Delivery
Your order might ship via pallet with a third-party freight company to ensure its safe arrival. Standard shipping includes delivery to your doorstep.

Should you discover a manufacturer defect or damage upon delivery, please notify us immediately by email support@foromshop.com or at (844)-757-1224.
Returns
-Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied, we offer an exchange or return on all our products excluding made-to-order and final sale pieces within 30 days of delivery.
-Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee of the item's retail price before any discounts or promotions will be deducted for returns. Please refer to the item's product page for restocking and shipping fee details.
-Shipping Fee: Original shipping is not refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
-Exchange/Store Credit: Restocking fees are waived for exchanges or store credit.
-Return Process: Contact us at returns@foromshop.com so our team can provide the authorized return label.
