This product is not designed for use in ovens or over direct flame. It is safe for use in microwave ovens.
Sudden temperature changes can cause damage, so do not immerse hot dishes in water or place them on a cold countertop. Also, avoid putting dishes in the microwave immediately after taking them out of the refrigerator.
Over time, small cracks (crazing) may appear on the surface, but this will not affect the use of the product. Stoneware products may have crazing when you purchase them.
Before use
When using in a microwave, wipe off any moisture on the outside.

Delivery Options
We strongly recommend adding White glove delivery at checkout for large furniture items such as Sideboards, Cabinets, Dining tables, etc. These oversized items ship by freight carrier and are usually palletized to avoid shipping damages.
For such oversized items, if you live in an apartment building or have other entry access challenges, we strongly suggest upgrading to White Glove Delivery
Your order might ship via pallet with a third-party freight company to ensure its safe arrival. Standard shipping includes delivery to your doorstep.

Returns
-Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied, we offer an exchange or return on all our products excluding made-to-order and final sale pieces within 30 days of delivery.
